Refund & Warranty Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make with Power Leisure. That’s why we offer a 30-day immediate refund policy. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no hassle, no questions asked. Items must be returned in their original condition, and we recommend retaining the original packaging to help ensure a smooth return process.

Beyond that, all products are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults or defects. If your equipment experiences a breakdown due to a manufacturing issue within this period, we will arrange for repair or replacement at no additional cost to you. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, general wear and tear, or accidental damage.
